“So welcoming! Alex was the coach for the 6 am. He was completely awesome!!! He helped me to make sure I was doing all the workouts right, and NEVER once made me feel bad. I am so out of shape. I was so scared to go to Crossfit, but he made me want to come back again...even if I thought I might die. Highly recommend!!!!!!!”
