I called to see if they had a tap set. The girl who answered the phone said that they had a tap set and it was $59.99. I said that there was one that cost $19.95 that I was looking for. She said she didn't think they had those. I asked if she could look to be sure. She immediately told me they were out of stock and she had an attitude in her Voice. I said okay and she hung up. I got on the Harbor freight website and looked up the sku number. I called back with the school number and they had four in stock. When I arrive to make my purchase I have told the manager what happened. The manager tried making up excuses for why the employee was too lazy to look. I never even got an apology. So much for customer satisfaction and importance. I would rather pay more elsewhere for an item than to be lied to.

Employees are awesome. They can usually answer any question you have about the tools. Tools are cheap. Return policy is amazing.
