I absolutely LOVE the staff at H & R Block in Three Rivers!!! Especially my Specialist Carol Butcher!!! I've been going to her for years. She explains everything and is professional and friendly. I just love her and look forward to seeing her every year. Also Sam is the Best as well!! The whole staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I highly recommend going to them for all your tax needs. I give them 10 stars but alas I'm only allowed a 5 star rating!!!

We chose H & R bBlock for their timely and professional manner. Everyone that we dealt with seemed like family. They take enough time to make you feel comfortable, but not make you feel like they are taking up your time! We always feel our taxes are prepared accurately. And our refund is returned in a timely matter.

They don't return phone calls. They have my tax return information and haven't processed my taxes 4 months later despite repeated calls and promises to return those calls.

I was extremely pleased with my visit! From the person at the front desk to my tax worker, Micki Welch, it was very professional and personable. Micki got my taxes done in a timely manner and made sure I got all deductions.

The preparer we had got confused very easily made a lot of mistake. Have been using H n R block for years and years, for the first time I feel like my taxes may have been done wrong.
