Pumps are a crapshot if you want to pay at the pumps instead of going inside. Defeats the whole point of convenience when I gotta wait in a line inside cause the pumps refuse to take my card. I literally shop here a few times a week. I'm not shopping here anymore.

There was an old woman working and when I went in she was being extremely judgmental watching me from a distance following me and was super rude when I went and checked out.

The woman that was working on my last visit was just a wonderful person because I am an insulin dependent diabetic and my blood sugar had dropped so low I couldn't think. She was immediately beside me and said you're a diabetic aren't you? And I was just nodding my head and shaking and she asked me high or low? I was too low. She knew exactly what she knew what I needed and gave me some milk and I felt better within 10 minutes. She is an Angel. And the store was so clean and the bathroom was as well. Johnny's Shell has my business and has had a good relation.

john is very rude and doesn't like people that have my skin color and is always running over people feet with his wheel chair with him being in a wheelchair I expect the isle to be much wider then they actually are with this being a small store they really should reconsider the lay out of the store and make better use the space they also make sure to check expiration date because almost everything is outdated and they will not return it once you have purchased it I was told that it was my problem now not theres

The cashier Chelsea was so rude and mean. This is the first time I have ever experienced this kind of customer service from this gas station. I was nothing but kind and nice to her. So, much for manners.
