Lots of parking. Very helpful employees. Very comfortable and caring and comfortable place to be. No one was pushy or rude. Very helpful and considerate.

This is my 2nd review i cant find the 1st 1 i left...Ok So I own a lawn care buisness on the side and had been getting plants etc. elsewhere however I may have to pay a lil more after u figure in driving and other stuff but I have found on most things it's worth the drive to go here (although I will have to say that alot of their people that load your stuff out in lumber garden area need a few lessons as far as I've seen Mitchell Corts needs a raise he is outstanding in his customer service and hes so helpful know right where everything is and what is the best deal or item to use) whenever we are there for supply hes on it knows where everything is and is ready to help us load etc his friendly helpful demeanor has actually raised the mark quite a bit for my husband and i when it comes to the rating we gave on this!!.....the rest I've had to go back up front or search elsewhere in building just to get someone to call for someone to help us for those i would have stood by my 1st rating which wasnt very high..smh.. however Mitchell made up for that with his customer sevice! ) anyways to all of you who think your getting a better deal elsewhere think again I've found in most cases I should have just paid it and went here. The 1st time and I just found out if u have your receipt they will price match!

Very poor delivery service. Held up my project and also cost me a lot of money in down time…
The H&H delivery service is rude, the driver announced as he climbed out of the cab and looked at my truck, that I would be” using my personal F-250” that was in the driveway , if he were to get stuck, with his truck …… Then announced that the tow bill would be mine and all he was doing was backing up on a gravel driveway . I said he could load it right off the road, just deliver it please…….. very aggressive and argumentative individual.
Unfortunately there is nobody to complain to, when I called the building department they said it was out of their hands.
This was an event that I was caught up in as I found out after some digging that this H&H is a contractor has had an ongoing issue and is currently trying to screw over everyone they can before they get replaced.
So draw your own opinions…

Earlier today I was at Menards and was feeling terrible. I was in a lot of pain and very light headed. I couldn’t walk back to my car. Several employees noticed and asked if I was alright. One employee brought me a wet paper towel to put on my head and another went and grabbed one of the electric scooters. He walked me and my mom out to our car to make sure we got there alright. Someone even offered to call an ambulance. I was so impressed with the care and kindness they offered. I’m not exactly a handy person, but if I ever need to buy something in that realm, Menards will be the first place I check.
