Auto Repair, Tire Dealers, Transmission Repair
Hours: L & T Auto Repair is a fully licensed facility with top notch, certified auto technicians. The business is known for its old fashioned customer service, which is a breath of fresh air and sets customers at ease. Reviews highlight great communication and feedback, with the team clearly explaining all diagnostics and the course of action taken. They are praised for their honesty, even when unable to immediately pin-point a complex problem like an electrical issue. The technicians take care to ensure vehicles are safe to drive, promptly notifying customers of any safety concerns, such as bad wires, and explaining why a repair is necessary. They take their time to make sure a car is running smoothly and provide helpful notifications about future maintenance needs due to a vehicle's age, often supplying a list of upcoming services. Customers report that the team works quickly to diagnose and fix problems, such as a truck that wouldn't start, at a reasonable cost. The work is consistently described as great and done at a fair price, often hundreds of dollars cheaper than other repair shops. The service is highly recommended, with many customers stating they will definitely return.
