This post office just marked one of our packages attempted delivery for from eBay. when clearly they never came and tried to deliver anything fraudulent information. As my wife left a review last week as she was treated rudely.The large package from Temu was delivered to the wrong address. The review is not even on here now? I find this strange! We are having problems even getting our packages to our home now with many more coming! I will turn this in and hire a lawyer. We are keeping track of everything and this is harassment and bullying. I am not putting up with any of this any longer! This is causing stress and uncertainty for our deliverys now and in the future! I do not no who is head of this post office this is inappropriate and someone and is very vindictive working for you. I will definitely be in touch! All my mail better be delivered to my house! I don't want to spend my time trying to figure out where my mail is and why this continues. I work full time and alot of overtime.I don't have time for this in my life. I want answers.

I called the post office and accidentally wrote down the wrong tracking number. The Three rivers post office has forgotten to deliver all my orders at once and I have had to call them and they had to come back to my house the same day to deliver a package they had forgot to deliver. I believe the lady was short tempered with me. It is not my job to make sure my items are delivered. This is a problem. If this happens again, I will file a complaint. Very unhappy to be treated like this. As I tried telling her, I had many packages on the way, I have not received yet. On 7/15/25 I received a message from USPS Saying my $112.75 from Temu was delivered and no package! 7/16/25 I called this morning and found out it was delivered to another address. I am still waiting on another large package from Temu today for $94.00 and fear, I will not receive this either. I was told that other people were helping deliver large packages and my normal mail carrier was out for the week. I am hoping I get all my packages delivered! I was asked to leave my number and still have not heard back from USPS about this issue. The woman was kind today and said she was working on this to be delivered to me today. I do appreciate her help. I sure hope this gets resolved. This is alot of money! Very stressful!

Wow what an experience I sent a letter from the UK to michigan and it was ment to be delivered 10th June when I rang up to see if it can be redelivered the lady I spoke to WAS SO HELPFUL (I think she was the supervisor) she understood the situation and has actually delivered the letter herself for me, I'm so thankful for her :) and in shock that she has been so kind & helpful <3 Thank you ever so much (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) but what an amazing lady God bless you

Carrier delivering to my address could be a bit more careful delivering packages. Just let's it fall on my porch with no regard with what may be inside (could have been fragile). Ring camera caught it. Please be a little more mindful. I know you may be busy, but the items may be fragile.

There is at least four times I’ve gone there before they’re supposed to close and lo and behold. They’re closed. They don’t post any reason why reason they are closed. Just the doors are locked and I’ve wasted my time.

The gentleman working was beyond helpful when we needed to mail stuff home while traveling. He also gave us some great suggestions for the area all while running the office on a busy Saturday morning.

Don't like this post office at all.one lady is always very rude,she doesn't need to be working customer service if she hates her job,and going to be rude.ive always used my own boxes for shiping items.the last time I shipped an item the lady had measured the size of the box,and charged me a crazy price,when the box wasn't even that big.i guess they want you to buy their boxes.wont go here anymore.
