Horrible customer service and horrible management Had horrible interactions with the evening deli workers they were to busy on their phones to serve their customers and not to mention the old stale food in the hot case because they never fried fresh food at night when most ppl are going to buy dinner and the workers have the worst attitude too just overall a horrible experience It's a shame they fire all their good workers and leave people with horrible work ethic to serve their customers and represent them not a good look do better

they have one or two checkers at most sometimes none at all. the lines for the self checkout are long and as you know there isn't any room to do an entire cart full at those things. a fair bit of their items aren't marked and quite a bit of them won't ring up. I'm no longer shopping there and then be used as free labor to check out items. Customer service is dying everywhere but it is already dead and rotting at Three Rivers Michigan Walmart. They have even quit cleaning bathrooms,they smell and flush valves were broken off,the partitions are falling off the wall,no paper towels at all, it's really pathetic.

These idiots have no idea how to do inventory. Every time I go there half the items on my list are out of stock. I will no longer shop at this sorry excuse for a store ever again.

No surprise it's never busy since they can never manage to keep their shelves properly stocked. Every time I do try and go their on the off chance I might a better experience, I find once again the object is not stocked and i have to go to another store.

My wife and I have been to this store several times, and, generally speaking, the Sales Associates (and even the stickers) outperform most at the other locations we've been to. They tend to go above and beyond without question. Today, David at the Electronics Dept took that to the next level. My wife needed pics printed ASAP and not only were the Instant Print kiosks down, but, (as we later found out) the Photo Ctr was closed. When asked for assistance, David gladly assisted us through the 1 Hr Photo kiosks, instantly retrieved the photos instead of having us wait, checked us out, and even helped the people behind us. Bravo, David

if you could give no stars, this is what i would give them no stars, i purchased the hatchimal that was exclusive to wal-mart. it does not work. i guess over the years this is what i can expect from products purchased from wal-mart, they are defective and do not work. i will never purchase another item from walmart. they have no quality control, or they dont care if you are a satisfied customer. poor customer service for products.
