It says this place is open 24 hours, it's not even 11:00:00 and they're closed and their pump is shut off not taking any form of payment, this entire town has been like that many pumps are completely shut off not taking any form of payment do not pass go do not collect $200 go to the next state or F yourself and call a tow truck

My friends and I ended up at Topinabee Market and Deli on our way back to Grand Rapids from Drummond Island in search of gas and restrooms. I walked in to the market and looked around for a restroom - didn't see one anywhere. I noticed that the space was pretty small and a bit cramped and there was a door propped open that led to what looked like a storage space - luckily I didn't end up in there accidentally. Finally eventually someone working there said that the restrooms were across the street. Got it! Headed across the street to what looked like a state park type free-standing restroom facility. It was fairly clean which was nice! However there was no soap in the dispenser and I couldn't get the automatic faucet to give up any water. Well, I guess that's what hand sanitizer is for, right? Yikes. I did a quick glance around at the liquor options behind the counter, because I wanted to see if I could pick up a local whisky we had tried while on Drummond Island. I didn't see any and the guy behind the counter didn't ask if I had any questions or if I was looking for anything in particular so that was a bit awkward. They only had your typical big name bottles, nothing at all that looked local. Not a big deal but I also didn't feel super welcomed there. There was a nice little walking path and grassy area for my friends' dogs to roam, as well as a really nice view of Mullett Lake! We saw a person hanging out there with their dog just enjoying the views. It made for a pleasant outdoor experience even if the indoor experience wasn't 5 stars. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to get to this spot again, as it was pretty far off the highway.
