Today I had to transfer funds from my savings account to another bank. I usually get a cashiers check then deposit in my other bank account. Ruth the teller suggested that I might want to get their app so I can transfer electronically. I didn’t want to make customers wait, but at the time there was no one waiting. She was so helpful and kind and didn’t rush me through it. I have always had wonderful service and the tellers are all very knowledgeable. I have been using 4Front since it was Members.
Thank you, Ruth for your patience with me.
On a side note. Kindness begets kindness.

I love that the Hastings location has tellers when you walk in and not just somebody direction you to the live video teller. It's just not the same as being face to face with someone, in person. Plus she was very nice and efficient. I called back with a question and whomever took the call did a fantastic job assisting me. And now I'm headed back because a separate issue came up. Hopefully they are just as amazing the second time I face them this hour. And at the last minute. Sorry :(

The worst bank on planet earth liars cheers stole money my fathers account gave it to someone else with fraud paperwork the workers and president liars !! Bought a excavator they didn't do a ucc lien ck 80 k mind you 3 years later go to sell it has a lien on equipment gets repoed from other company call four front they do nothing but cross collateral in my other loans and repo them they should be sued for there bs or the state should investagate them don't use them beware I will follow up after I take them to court

Unprofessional, they don’t keep track of “skip payments” which is the reason my wife got her car repossessed. No phone call, email or letter. Lori? I believe was her name and she was rude to my wife on the phone and didn’t care about us but only about the money. Her words were “ we are past bargaining” Better yet they had a repo company from Saginaw drag our car from our driveway leaving damage to our driveway, and then took our car to the auction part of their lot the day after it was repossessed instead of the repo lot as if they think we couldn’t pay. They went through my 9 month pregnant wife’s car and threw stuff everywhere while taking money and other little less noticeable things. The car battery was drained 2 days later. Easy money for these two companies I guess

WARNING WARNING WARNINGAvoid this particular Branch at all cost!What happened to professionalism, confidentiality, being helpful or just being friendly??They will just shout your personal business and info back and forth 3 tellers down with a lobby of their unhappy member!! (correction, they are 4Front and no longer “Members” credit union! Those of us old enough to remember those good old days when the staff was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly and well dressed)If you ever thought, standing in line at Secretary of State was bad bring yourself on into this lobby! What you told yourself would only take a few moments will take up far too much your time, and all of your patience!!

If you don’t like your job, get a new job. All three of the people who are working the counters have horrible attitudes. The big guy, the big girl, and the third girl. I really regret leaving and not getting any of their names. I will take your pictures and put your pictures up with this review along with Calling corporate. I will revise this review within a week. If this occurs again. I now have a reason to choose this location. EVERY TIME. Never have I went to a bank and been treated this way. Nor will I accept it, you treat customers with respect and appreciation. once again, if you don’t like your job, there’s many to pick from. Stop being miserable human beings. It’s weird.

4front has the worst service I have ever experienced. Wait in line for 30+ minutes. Get told we cannot open an account you must schedule an appointment. Then the day of the appointment they cancel it. I'll bank somewhere else. No thank you.

Why does it take a third attempt and to have to show visible frustration to get a scan of my electronic title. The previous visit and the phone call each referred to management who told me to go to the secretary of state, when the secretary of state never had my title. If time is money, I've wasted alot of money doing business with Forefront

This is the most difficult financial institution I have ever dealt with. After securing a loan with them 3 years ago I have never received any payment book nor account number. The first 3 months I paid a late fee until I finally got automatic payments set up over the phone. After 3 years of automatic payments I wanted to know what my account number was so I can see what I owe online. After being held hostage by the automated phone system that will not forward you to a person until it hangs up on you twice while you are trying to decode the algorithm to speak to someone, you then get a remote person who tries to help but takes about a half hour to get your account number after verification of who you are. Also, to get a vehicle off the lot you provide proof of insurance to the lender. 4 front decided that wasn’t good enough and tried to fine me hundreds of dollars at the beginning of the loan because evidently they lost my proof of insurance and were trying to make me buy theirs. For months I fought this. This loan was pre Covid and they acted half staffed , and still act half staffed.

I wish I could send negative stars! I have never done business with a bank so unorganized in my life! I get a headache every time I talk with them! Simple questions I have about my account that should be easy to answer is a struggle for this institution! Nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on! I have spoken to many people from the bank and only a handful of the staff there can get things figured out and taken care of! Save yourself the headache and time and bank with someone else

Love the ppl at this location! Friendly, helpful and just know how to do their job. Every single one of them. I Have had awful experiences at the one next to meijer. But this one they go above and beyond. Have fixed things for me on my account that the other location couldn't. I love everyone here

Been banking with them for years. They are a good friendly credit union. Feels like a small town bank more often then not.
