Evertime I compare ABC Warehouse to another place, they always have the best price and if not they will beat it, even with delivery and installation. Terry and Scott are amazing!! Don't buy anything anywhere else without checking with them.

Went in and purchased washer dryer couch loveseat recliner was told it would be delivered on a Wednesday never showed up no contact from the sales. They sold my furniture to somebody else charged me 39% interest when they said two years free financing then played stupid when it came to confronting them About the financing canceled order and was very disappointed and their way of handling things when I had already bought the furniture

It seems people either had a great experience with ABC in Traverse City or a terrible experience. Unfortunately mine has been terrible. I purchased a mattress and box spring and had them delivered. The delivery guy slid my new mattress off the truck onto my paved driveway. He thought better of doing that with the box spring and lowered it gently. The two delivery guys were in a great hurry and were not careful. It was 9 am. At one point I was standing in my living room holding the new mattress up so it didn't fall and slide to the floor. When the old box spring was taken out, the guys just flopped it onto my lawn and nearly knocked over a hanging flower basket. When they left, I went to look at the mattress and it was sort of creased on one end--I assume from the fall from the truck. I called the manager right away and he said to give it a few days--that it could spring back into shape. It didn't. That was the last I heard directly from the manager. He handed me over to the salesperson, who is new. I sent her a video and photos of the issue with the mattress. IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH and I am no closer to getting a new mattress. Today I was contacted by a person from Roscommon who will come and inspect the mattress, since it is under warranty. He said he would come between 2-5 pm one day next week. I told him I work until 4 pm, but could be home by 4:30 any day. He said that is getting too late for him (he said the inspection would take 15 minutes). I am beyond frustrated.

Overall disappointed. I bought a new washer and dryer back in July. When the dryer showed up the delivery man said to reject it because it had a defect. So then it took a while to get a new one. ABC Warehouse does not have their men install the dryer and connect it because of liability. So I just screwed on the new line. We've had the new one for about 2 months and it had a gas leak in our wall. Team Bob's came out to fix the gas leak in our wall, and they also said there was a gas leak in the dryer. We called ABC Warehouse and they said they did not cover the warranty for the dryer because team Bob's said someone installed it wrong. I don't see how it was installed wrong since all you do is screw on the line to the dryer... But now we are stuck paying for our dryer that's supposedly under warranty but no one wants to cover it! So we had two different defects with a new dryer. We bought a Maytag. The salesman recommended it as one of the best ones that was not cheap but not expensive. He also knocked $50 off of each appliance, and then I went to Lowe's afterwards and realized that Lowe's price was even cheaper then ABC Warehouse is listed price for it.

Absolutely terrible home appliances
We have had to replace the washer 3 times and the dryer 2 times. We had servicing done each time and had to replace them within 7 months. I would never recommend this store to anyone
