As a local author of Red Stars, Escaping the End and Awakening, a last hero series, I find this store clean and the staff friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is how overpriced every item is the store is. I can get nearly anything they have for significantly less at Amazon, Walmart, Meijer, and so on.

The staff there was particularly helpful. Even got me set up with the correct printer. It's for and elderly person who will rarely use it. So instead of an inkjet that can dry up and clog with non-use, he got me a cheap laser printer for just a little bit more. That will work better in the long run. Good job crew!

tried calling the store to speak with a manager three separate times. Rep was from the Phillipines. i don't live in the phillipines.absolute worst customer service i've experienced. If these idiots want to stay relevant as a bricks and mortar they'd better up their game and provide better customer service.

I had an awful experience in this store today. I was looking around the gaming area and found their shelves with Pokemon TCG items and was glad to see such a great selection of items. I notice they had 4 or 5 of the Pokemon TCG Scarlet & Violet 151 Elite trainer boxes. They were listed at a lower price then some of the others and figured they were on sale. Normally the Elite trainer boxes are priced at 49.99 but these were listed at 26.99. All of the electronic tags say Pokemon TCG so I wasn't sure if it was right but all of the same item were behind the same tag. Thinking there was a sale I asked an associate (no visible name tag) if the price was accutate. They Immediately and sternly told me it was in the wrong space and remove the items before a picture could be taken. All 4-5 items were misplaced and mislabeled, rather unlikely I said. I asked if since it was an error on there part if I would be getting the error price which they replied no since the tag name didn't line up. I pointed out all of the Pokemon TCG items read the same. They told me it was my job to read the upc's for errors as they would have lined up or not. They then left with all of the boxes in hand. I was understandable upset at this point and decided to leave at this point. After stepping outside for some air I decided to go back and speak to the manager and when walked inside the store asked an employee to speak to said manager. They claimed to be the manager and i told them the issue. They must have spoken to the previous employee as they knew the situation. They also denied me the error price. I told them of the Michigan Scanner law and yet still denied me the price or the reward for the error, which i didn't want at this point. Then the previous employee came up as well. Feeling ganged up on I asked one last time and them still said no. So I left with nothing. I am very disappointed with this store. They were to aggressive towards me and lack any integrity.

Store is well laid out and staff is helpful, saw a customer getting help loading items in the parking lot, I was offered help with my TV as well.Pricing is good, displays were all operating, parking lot is ample, and restrooms were clean, not much more you could ask for.

What a fantastic experience upgrading our phone here. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Had the privilege of working with Bree - she is amazing. Her knowledge, sense of urgency in providing top notch service creates customer loyalty. Highly recommended!!!

Incompetent staff. I bought an xbox in a set with a game pass for a child for Christmas. I received only the console, in a hurry I did not immediately notice. Returning after the holiday to the store, I asked to give me a game pass. I was told that in my receipt, the console does not have a game pass, although the price for the set and the console itself was the same. Apparently, the cashier decided to save on this.

Went in to see Geek Squad for a wireless issue. First person that helped me, Mitchell was stellar. Knew what he was doing and offered feasible solutions, although I needed to return with another piece of equipment. Came back the next day with said piece and was basically told they could not even run a diagnostic which was clearly proposed to me the day before. The second person was either lacking knowledge or just didn't want to provide the service. Either way I didn't feel compelled to inform him I knew there was a way to at least try to address the issue and took my business elsewhere.
