“Bought a mountain bike from here and was completely happy with the product, price, and service. At the same time I dropped off my vintage Specialized road bike for a heavy duty tune up. The guy that got brought in from a different shop for the job didn't do hardly anything, and marked the job as completed then split. And the work that was done was completely shoddy. However, the regular crew offered me a discount and free upgraded tune up to make up for it. The guys took turns really going above and beyond to make things right and are very trustworthy. The employees at the Garfield location have always done the best work and offered friendly service. Highly recommended!”
