“I had a flat tire on my Lectric 3.0 and wanted to take it to a bike shop to be repaired. We went to one of the other big bike shops in town and they immediately dismissed us and said to take it somewhere else we can't work on it. Frustrated, we called Einstein Cycles and they said no problem they could repair it while we wait. When we got there, we brought the bike in and they immediately put it on the lift and started the repair. They were very thorough, showed us why the tire was flat, put on a new tube added sealant and re-inflated the tire. Most shops would have stopped there, but they noticed that the rear rotor was a little bent so he fixed that, then oiled the chain and showed us how to properly oil it ourselves and what type of oil to buy. All in all it was a great experience, super friendly and laid back and will definately go back there again if we ever need service. Highly recommend them!”
