“Thank you Brick Wheels team for helping me get ready for another epic DALMAC Tour 2026. Professional grade clear communication from service team, Kip Knight and Rob Sanchez . . . Underpromised and overdelivered . . . product selection also wide and deep. Knowledge and helpful salespersons, especially Matt. Keep up the good work and reach even higher . . . You can do it!”
“Can't say enough about the service at Einstein Cycles in Traverse City. We dropped by the shop while camping close by. My son's crank arm came of his mountain bike half way through our vacation and we were looking for a bolt. The guys dropped what they were doing (even though having full service racks). Not only did they have the part...but they did the repair and got us back on the trails fast. So impressed. Top notch!!”
