I took my 2 and 4 year old girls to get their haircuts at BoTangles and they had a great experience. Tammy was the stylist and she was very good with them, and took time to make sure their haircuts were even all the way around and worked with the way their hair parted.
I have edited this review because my daughters had a previous experience at this salon that wasn't the best, but I am impressed with how the salon responded and my daughters were able to get their haircuts fixed. Thank you Corinne and Tammy!

Was looking to have my hair done. I have textured-curly hair. I saw they do walk-in appointments. So I called and asked if they had time for a walk in. Before they even asked me what I was looking for, they told me they did. It wasn’t until I told them I’d need a wash and blow dry style and that I have textured curly hair, that they suddenly didn’t have time. While I didn’t receive a service from them so I am not rating my review on a service —my review comes from the lack of inclusivity and insensitive communication in regards to what they did have time for

Carol cut my boyfriend’s hair and my TODDLERS. She was phenomenal!! Very talkative, attentive, and patient. My boy was chatting with her at the end! BEST experience so far.

I went to get my son's hair cut his appointment was at 10:30 and due to traffic I was not able to get there until 10:36 I had called before getting there and was told it was fine to still come and once I got there the woman stood in the back talking for 10-15 minutes and then came out and said we had to reschedule because her next appointment was there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The hairdressers are very nice here. The lady walked me through cutting and donating my hair, since they send it out for you.
