“We have wanted to install a stairway runner for years, and the skilled craftsfolk at Carpet Galleria not only appreciated our vision they brought it to fruition beautifully. Judi, who oversaw our project, was wonderful to work with always promptly responding to calls or emails and following up with the manufacturer through delivery delays. Doug took precision measurements at our home, then masterfully matched and cut the 45* angles on the landing in this complex runner with a 5-foot repeat pattern. Upon delivery, Marc and his assistant worked steadily through the day installing the runner as well as our antique runner clips and thoroughly cleaning up at completion. We are delighted with the outcome--it is a joy to our feet, our eyes and our ears (the sound insulation between floors is a pleasing plus)--and we will enjoy it for decades!!”
