Went in with my bff for some clothes. Got a super good sale on the cutest clothes ever! And the cashier was so so sweet. I cannot wait until im pregnant to go shopping here more!

If I could give ZERO stars I would.I have two daughters that are starting school tomorrow morning.I ordered their school clothes over a week ago, and chose the ship to home option to ensure they were here in time. In preparing for tomorrow's big day, I got on the app to see if their clothes were going to be here today since I hadn't received. Upon looking up the orders, it was brought to my attention that they were CANCELLED THE SAME DAY!I panicked and looked through my emails only to find out that NO ONE HAD SENT AN EMAIL INFORMING ME THAT THIS HAD HAPPENED. I went to the store to use my card that has over $500 worth of credit on it, to then find out THAT THEY DIDN'T PUT THE CHARGES FROM THE CANCELLED ORDER BACK ON MY CARD.When I called customer service, I got hung up on after being told they were placing me on hold, and the second time I called, the lady on the phone was absolutely no help at all.Coming from a customer service world, I gave her plenty of options and ways to make this better in which she kept saying unfortunately there is nothing that she can do.When I asked to speak with a manager, she lied stating that there wasn't one in the building.When I got loud and demanded one, she put me on hold for two seconds, and then came back stating that they were unavailable.I never did get through to the manager as I hate screaming at people.The most they said they could do is give us a coupon.I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE SAID COUPON.This experience has been horrible, and I will not be shopping here ANYMORE
