Same experience as Troy. I came in to help my mom—I don’t mind being questioned and even giving identification but when you cast immediate judgment and I feel like a second rate citizen for giving up my time and moving to TC to help my mom that’s going too far. I loathe you like Troy. Incidentally—my husband and I sold our company and moved to TC with a good chunk of money & we are not opening our accounts with Chase as we previously expected due to this one awful experience.

My mother has dementia and she locked herself out of her account and didn't have her pin and I drove her up so she could reset the pin. This was Friday August 4th. I stayed far back to make sure the teller would be comfortable then made sure she knew her pin we went to the ATM it got her in I pulled away. They locked the account I learned august 10th after seeing my mom and dad today and while my dad is laughing about it I took offense to it. I moved up here from Detroit because I'm an only child to take care of them and you have the audacity to ask my parents if I was actually the son? I loathe all of you. You make it difficult and depressing. When I help my parents it will be a chore instead of something I wanted to do.

Tellers can be very snippy and make you feel bad when they listen to information over their speaker that is not their business and take it personally. Mind your manners and your business. It is not kind to degrade me over the intercom with something that had nothing to do with this teller. She overstepping her service boundaries makes Chase even more unappealing. South Airport branch needs some new life with some positive experiences

Irene was absolutely lovely--so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me with good instructions as well.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with... The employees are very rude.

I’ve come here off and on for years and it always takes so long to get help when at the drive thru window. Maybe they’re short staffed, but every time I try to stop by quickly it takes 3x longer than it does at any other branch I’ve been to. No matter if it’s at a busy hour or if I’m the only costumer there.

I think it's a time to fill the gigantic pothole present at the drive-up ATM

We met with a banker named Eliza here to set up our business bank account and spoke to her for well over an hour. At no point did she mention that we would be getting charged a monthly service fee to our savings account of $20.They said the checking account had to stay above $2k to avoid a service fee but never mentioned the savings needs to stay above $25k to avoid service fee.Make sure to have them tell you about ALL hidden/surprise fees and don't get duped like we did.

Honestly, your establishment should not be charging anyone to cash a check with your bank name on it. For any amount.... Regardless if they have an account with you or not. The person who wrote the check chose you as their bank to handle their money..... Sounds crazy right? Your bank should make money off loans, etc. Not nickle and dime everyone who walks through your door.

Got a check for my car accident went in to cash it and they said that it would be a 7-14 day business hold. I didn’t have that time so I left. I came back a week later with same check because I couldn’t cash anywhere else. And they put into my account over night. I am super upset they lied to me and were to lazy to insert it!

I switched over to Chase Bank last month and I was very happy with the service. Opening up a new account there was really easy and the staff was very friendly.

I came in after loosing my wallet. No drivers license but had a passport birth certificate social security card and a temporary license from the dmv. I was treated horribly by the lady with no smile I reacted the way anyone else would if you brought all this info and she wouldn't even look at it basically telling me to F off. I ask for manager and he gets me on the phone and fixes everything. Horrible people like this lady shouldn't be behind a desk helping people. She should be in the back restocking or mopping the floors. Something that takes no charm. Thanks to the manager for helping me any way he can and sorry for anyone who has to deal with that woman.
