Unbelievable, I wanted to open a checking account and was told they didn’t have time. The only person that knows how to open a new account is hungry and is going to lunch in 20 minutes. I was told (not asked) to come back around 3:30I didn’t want to inconvenience their employee by having them wait on an actual customer so I left.Zero! Customer service skills.

They have been extremely helpful every time I go there, which is at least 3 times a week. Great service an excellent location for our business.

This bank charged there routing number on January 1st 2018. They did not notify not one person. So if you used the same routing number as last year your taxes will be returned to the IRS. This bank knows this is happening and they still haven't notified anyone about the changes. This bank is incompetent.

This is a great bank. Excellent customer service. The manager, Eric, is especially helpful.
