We rented an accessible van and the ramp wouldn't come out and was on the phone with 3 different people and they couldn't figure out the reset and had me manually pull the ramp in and out. Then they delivered a 2nd van that the ramp worked once and 3 men at the hospital had to lift my husband in his chair in the van because the ramp wouldn't come out again and again spent time on the phone with service and techs for them to tell me to manually crank out the electric ramp. Will never go back to this company.

Nice and easy to drive wheelchair van. The price was fair enough, but I would have liked to known beforehand the cost per mile overage fee, which was nowhere on any of the documentation. Not a deal breaker in any way, however I prefer complete disclosure. My rating is based on my overall experience.

I purchased a Braun Conversion Van from Clock Mobility in November of 2019. The following May when I turned the AC on it blew hot air. I drove and hour and a half to Clock and they confirmed the AC was not working.Clock made me take it to my local Chrysler dealer for a pressure check to see if it was a Chrysler or Braun Conversion problem. I had surgery in June and was not able to get it to the dealer until August. There was a leak around the rear axle where Braun had rerouted the AC line. Braun would not pay the dealer to fix but took it to Grand Rapids for Clock to repair. AC worked fine when I got it back in September but when I went to turn on in May it blows hot air. Again Clock wants to take it to Grand Rapids to repair so I have to find someone to drive me 90 minutes to Traverse City and 90 minutes back to drop off and pick up van or $89 a day for a week to rent a van with a lift - and wait another three weeks plus a week for repair. Will pay the dealership a $1000 to fix - my feelings are when you spend $63,000 for a handicapped accessible van you should expect the AC to work . Will not deal with Clock or Braun again.Addition to above review - Chrysler dealership confirmed the leak was round the rear axle - same place as the year before. I also found out that Clock's maintenance repair rate to rent a van is $79/day - Clock Mobility in Traverse City quoted me $89/day and the earliest they said they could take my repair was June 24 and my wife had a medical procedure scheduled for June 25 and a wedding on the weekend. Since that was not an option I was told July was the earliest they could schedule me for repair. My wife has numerous health issues and the first week I would have to go without the van for a week would be the week of August 22 so I would have gone through a second summer without air conditioning. I had the dealership do the work, paid for it out of my own pocket and will write it off to my mistake of ever dealing with Clock Mobility. I consider this warranty work not maintenance repair and to be quoted more than maintenance repair rate says all you need to know about Clock Mobility.

I purchased a van the end of November 2019 from Clock Mobility. When I turned on air conditioning for the first time in May of 2020 it only blew hot air. I drove the hour and a half to Traverse City and they confirmed the air conditioning was not working. I was told to take it to a Chrysler dealer for a pressure test. I had surgery in June and it was August by the time I was able to get this done. I was told the leak was where the line had been rerouted around the rear axle by Braun and since Braun rerouted the line Chrysler's warranty would not apply. Clock told me Braun would fix the leak but wanted Clock Mobility in Grand Rapids to do the work which they did in September and when I got the van back the AC worked fine. I went to turn the AC on this May and once again it is blowing hot air. Clock Mobility again wants to fix in Grand Rapids. The earliest appointment I can get is June 23 and they want the van for a week. To rent a van for the period they will have mine I was quoted $89/day =$623 for the week plus taxes I would imagine. 6 hours of my time going back and forth to Traverse City. The local Chrylser dealer quoted me $800 odd dollars to fix the leak last August and I am confident if Braun had allowed them to do the work I would have air conditioning now but now I have spent two Mays, two Junes a July and August without air conditioning. I would think when you pay $63,000 for a van it is not unreasonable to expect the air conditioning to work. At this point I will pay for another pressure check and have the dealership to the work correctly and chalk it up to my displeasure for ever dealing with Clock Mobility.

In order to comment I had to put a star but I would say negative 5 stars. The guy that is supposed to welcome you in is not friendly and looks down on the low-income . I need a wheelchair van for my husband and I and he treated us let we were vermin. Never would suggest this place to anyone. Ever.
