Outstanding baked goods. Have yet to try their pizza however. Definitely planning to in the future.

That coffee was one of the best mochas I've ever had, by far. Kinda pricey but everything is now. Really yummy breakfast sammie, and it was nice and quick!

Ordered a couple loaves of bread for a girls night get together. Took the staff's recommendations and both were a huge hit. Will definitely be going back.

This is a local bakery with good-looking pastries. The prices are high for what I got though. There seems to be a common theme through most of them with the same kind of pastry dough. 3 pastries, 1 loaf of bread, a small coffee and 1 cookie for 41 dollars. Seemed like mostly carry out but not a restaurant. Did not try the other store which has more options I was told.

The food, people, and coffee are wonderful. The atmosphere is lovely but there isn't a comfortable place to sit, if you wanted to, to enjoy your treats. I took mine to go, so it didn't matter much. The cost was the biggest issue. I got two breakfast sandwiches, one pastry, a black coffee and a small latte and paid $50. Delicious, but yikes. That said, sometimes we just treat ourselves if we can afford to.

We'll miss our favorite counter help at 14th street, but the irresistible combination of mushroom, onion, and Gruyère cheese tile will always bring us back whenever it's on the menu. Additionally, we enjoy the croissants and the cherry chocolate danish.

I bought their bread card, preloaded it with couple hundred dollars... Going to be asking for my money back.... Doing some last minute Christmas shopping and the bread store was completely out of bread... Again. This has happened way too many times. I'm done... When I commented that it was odd that the bread store didn't have bread. I was given attitude and told they were closing in an hour.... Crazy!, The cheese lady still has cheese... Earthen ales still has beer... But for some reason common good bakery can't seem to be able to keep bread in stock...wt literal f? All their excuses are just that. Excuses.

Ordered cookies for an account for holidays. Several were so hard we couldn’t bite into them. Expected much more for $4 a cookie.

Every time I visit Traverse City I make sure that Common Good is on my itinerary for at least one of the mornings I'm visiting. I have never had a "less than wonderful" baked item here and the staff is so sweet and extremely friendly. My favorite items are the tiles, although you do need to show up a bit early to get your hands on these because they sell out just about every morning. The spicy breakfast sando is so delicious and I highly recommend subbing the normal bread for a croissant. I'm so happy to see that they expanded to multiple locations so they can share their love of baking with more patrons. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Traverse City.
