I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to write a review of my experience with Deluxe Self Storage. I met Brian 3 years ago, when I had to move. It was a very stressful time in my life. Brian is more than just another business owner that just wants your money. He was concerned about my wellbeing, and was very helpful in selecting the right size storage unit so I wouldn't waste money. Three years later I'm moving again, and he has been a life saver again. He has made it affordable for me to store my belongings. He took the time to discuss which way would be the best, and least money to store my fishing boat. The world needs more people like Brian in it. Thank you!

Deluxe Self Storage is a great place to store your Travel trailer. Easy access to park and pick up your trailer. Very secure storage lot. Reasonable price. The owner Brian is friendly and easy to work with. We have used other storage places and Deluxe Self Storage is the best.

Trailered my boat up to Traverse City from 8/2-8/11. First time using deluxe self storage and loved it. Impressive property.. 68 upgraded cameras positioned every angle you could imagine for very safe security. As you drive through, motion sensor lights turn on at night. I will be using Deluxe Self Storage again the next time I bring my boat up. The owner is responsive and really nice and genuine to talk to. Awesome experience!

Nice open layout for big trucks make sit easy to load and unload. The location has good security and excellent drainage to protect your belongings.
Customer service is outstanding, the owner Brian is easy to get a hold of and there to help if you need it. If you need storage thats easy to access and safe to store this is a perfect spot.

I would 100% recommend Deluxe Self Storage for your storage needs. The units are clean, safe and well lit. The owner Bryan is one of the friendliest people I have ever done business with. He truly goes above and beyond to meet you needs.

First rate facility. Brian is a class operator and was a pleasure to deal with for two years while we stored household items before our new home could be occupied. Everything worked well; clean, secure , dry, etc. Many other rentals available in the area but none any better than this place, plus Brian is pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend

I just want to say thank you to Brian. He has built and maintained a great storage facility to store our items. On top of that, he worked with me and my wife when we had some life circumstances not go our way. I’m a big fan, and I will use his business again and again for my storage needs.

I really liked the speed of registration, no hidden surcharges (such as hidden insurance), even a gate lock can be bought on the spot and cheaper than at Walmart). Frankly, I was surprised by the simple design and high quality of the service. I recommend!

If you need clean very safe storage this is the place to go the owner is awesome to deal with and very understanding if u are going to be acouple days late as long as u let him know.... If I ever need a storage unit again this is where I'll be going. Thank you sir

This business is great. Prompt communication by Brian on all matters, and very user friendly online payment system. Facilities are very clean. The roller door and latch functioned much smoother than other self storage places I have used in the past.
