Diva Dancewear is attached to Dance Arts Academy. It has a great selection of leotards, tights, tap, jazz, ballet and pointe shoes, and other dancewear. The staff is very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable, providing excellent fittings for pointe shoes. Shoppers from other studios frequently visit for their dance supplies. The selection is better than many other dance stores. It is a fortunate asset to Traverse City.
Sue always does a terrific job fitting my daughter for pointe shoes- she's very thorough and takes the time she needs to get it right. She's very personable and warm and has a great selection (but is happy to order shoes in if she doesn't have something). Great selection of other dance wear too!

I had my first Pointe shoe fitting here and loved it! The lady there knew exactly what she was talking about! They shoes were my favorite pair except that they were a width too wide. But I blame that on myself because it was my first pair and I didn't know what to feel.
