The little girl working at Cherry Capitol Airport, Faith was the name I heard her called, was extremely short and accusatory with her attitude toward me.We had specifically set up a reservation by phone to pick up our rental at the airport. When she said they could NOT accommodate me unless I went to Cadillac for the rental, of course, I responded in a surprised WHAT?!" she accused me of being hysterical, or word(s) to that effect. She was petulant, disrespectful, and absolutely of no help to me, whatsoever. Perhaps her demeanor would make her more suited to flipping burgers somewhere so she would not have to be in contact with the public. To say I felt completely insulted, and left to fend for myself somehow, would be a gross understatement. Her attitude was one of a spoiled child who could not get her own way.Fire her before she, in her own little way, completely ruins your business and reputation.On the other hand, David, at the Garfield location, was the kind of man you'd want to replace her with; he was extremely professional and without pretense. A top-notch fellow!Good luck on keeping your business solvent.

Rudest, most unprofessional and unqualified employees. I have rented from Enterprise for years. They have gone downhill. Go to Hertz or Avis.

We always used to rent cars from Enterprise . The following describes our last visit with them which led our first visit with Avis. This is at the traverse city michigan cherry capital Airport location.We had already pre-registered over the phone with Enterprise. We asked very specific questions to help me avoid unnecessary travel. I am disabled and this is extremely important. We have rented with them several times before in the past, and we had never experienced this issue before.On pickup day we discovered that we were accidentally given the incorrect information- we were told that I did not have to be there for pick up of the vehicle, even though i would be paying. There must have been a change in policy since our last rental, as I've never been required to be there in person before. Perhaps not everyone was current on that knowledge. No worries.Accidents happen, I'm not upset at any one person, as I explained to their manager, I had just been majorly inconvenienced due to incorrect info. It affects my budget, my schedule, my medication and my health. Her resolution was that she can offer an apology. Absolutely nothing else.I quietly mentioned to my partner that if a resolution is not offered, we wouldn't do a rental here. She immediately chose to refuse us service.That mistake cost us alot of gas, we live 45min away, I sent my fiance to pick up the car. They sent him home to get me. And we had to dive back. We were in a rush due to this. Far worse was the fact that I have to take medication to travel.That is why we asked if I needed to be there for pick up, being clear that i am makingthe payment. I had to take additional medication to get to traverse, there was not time for it to work and I was very sick on arrival. This whole issue cost us over two hours. The manager denied us service. I didn't yell or swear. I stated my complaint, even let her know I understand mistakes happen, but this has greatly affected us. The manager was young and not equipped to be in her position.We walked across the hall to Avis. Where we received incredible service and saved over $200. I will never recommend Enterprise. Go with Avis!

Drew and the whole team gave us excellent service and made the whole process so simple! This was my first time renting a car so I had a few questions, and Drew was more than happy to take the time to answer everything I wanted to know. Great customer service!

I was given a free upgrade to a new Toyota Rav4, which was perfect for where I was visiting. The staff was efficient and pleasant. A very positive rental experience.

Staff were friendly. The renting process was efficient. The car we rented worked well. The gears were accessed by buttons which was a new experience for both me and the other driver. It took a minute to find the car in the rental lot as the location we were given did not have the car, but it was nearby and found quicky using the car key.

Pleasant Enterprise experience at Cherry Capital Airport recently - traveled to Traverse City for a wedding and had reserved a mid sized SUV. We ended up upgrading and our vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Enterprise staff was friendly and knowledgeable; highly recommend.

The process for renting a car at Cherry Capital Airport was easy and quick. Our representative was Professional, Personable and Knowledgeable. Great customer service. Our vehicle selection was available at Enterprise, but not at the other rental companies. The only down side here was the cost.

Traverse City, MI Airport Enterprise rental car was superb! My wife and I were graciously bumped up to an awesome ride!!! We highly recommend doing business with them!!! We can’t thank them enough for the friendly service they provided us!

I usually use the other location in town but had to use the airport location this time. Both local Enterprise locations continue to be the easiest car rental company to work with in Traverse City. Their staff is also the most friendly. Thanks again!

After My wife, 2 daughters, 2 grandchildren and myself paid and made a reservation for a large van but made the uncomfortable journey in a smaller suv with no trunk space since the van was suddenly unavailable…When we arrived to Michigan we called this location and we’re told we could trade in this vehicle for a van since our 15+ drive was extremely uncomfortable. When we arrived here were told the person we spoke to doesn’t exist (her name is Anna btw). They don’t look at the computer system for anything and we’re told we’re lying because they have no record of us calling after we drove 2 hours out of our way to make the change. Unprofessional, disappointing and we will NEVER rent from any enterprise ever again.
