About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas is described as fantastic and awesome to work with, providing great service and care. Deliveries can be very prompt. The company sends helpful heads-up emails for reminders. Some customers express long-term loyalty, preferring it over other suppliers. However, a recent price increase has caused concern and a desire for better communication from the local office, with a request for billing based on long-term usage history. Employees are noted as pleasant, professional, and great to converse with.
