Sat there in checkout for 10 minutes because there was only one register open and the cashier working on it chose to sit there and have a full on 7 minute conversation with the only people ahead of us as the line kept building up behind us. If you are going to sit there and talk to them pull them aside or open another register

The unpleasant environment from the employee's now running the self checkouts has been an undelightful change. On Sunday, April 21st, the cashier ringing up my purchase stood within inches of me as I proceeded to pay. Looking into my wallet. Very uncomfortable and very unpleasant. Will avoid shopping there with my daughter as well. Not happy.

I love coming to this store, just unsure when the cashier/associates started helping customers at the SELF checkout? Walked in today for 1 item and couldn’t even checkout by myself and had the associate taking my singular item and putting it in a bag which I didn’t need and pressing all of the buttons for me including the store rating she swiftly clicked the highest rating (9) for herself. Although I do understand they have a job to do and I appreciate them for it, I suppose next time I will be a little more vocal regarding my independence while checking out in the “self checkout” station. I can fully checkout at self check by myself, thanks.
