Guy with curly hair doesn’t know anything about the products they sell, he couldn’t answer a single question about anything, and he is rude and unpleasant. GNC used to have employees in store that knew at least something. last month I bought the same product at this same store and they gave me my 10% veteran discount no problem, this guy told me that was a Veterans Day special, even though Veterans Day is in November lol. He refused to give me the discount and even scoffed at the idea that they might do such a thing, so I had to buy the product from the GNC website which gave me the discount no problem. What an unprofessional, unknowledgeable jerk. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I’ve never had an order with gnc go off smooth. The miss shipment and terrible customer service on vacation was the final straw. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Got to the mall location a couple mins before they opened, hoping to get a drink before the start of my day. The time on google that says they are open is either incorrect or the person suppose to open the store isn’t doing their job. Not only did I wait 15 mins after the said time of open, so I can get a drink that only gnc offers. A shipment for the store arrived and the drive was stuck waiting as well. Very poor performance on this stores location. I left the location without a purchase, very disappointed.
