Thank you Bill and staff for help with my faulty pair of Birkenstocks. I purchased a pair of big buckles last Memorial Day weekend while in town visiting family (TC native and now Floridian) and the straps fell apart (pin came undone that held straps on), and I reached out to Birkenstock since this would be an issue for the manufacturer. After I received a ridiculous response from Birkenstock denying that it was a manufacturer issue, Bill Golden emailed me and had me ship them back to the store and took them to get repaired and sent back to me. I really appreciate Golden Shoes going above and beyond.

Needed nice shoes for work. Walked in, was immediately helped. Brought out multiple sizes of the shoe I was interested in.

I love this store. The sales staff really like helping people find the best shoes, and do a great job connecting you with info about what you are buying or what options would be best for you. The lady who helped me today, helped me 4 years ago and probably will again when I wear these ones down to the cork again in a couple more years. Thanks again!

Really nice shoe store, they carry the Mephisto brand which I have been looking for for a while. You’re nice young lady helped me find the perfect pair. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She’s cashier number four. She was super nice and very helpful.
