I purchased an item online on the 19th it was never shipped it was expensive so I asked that they pack it securely. Perhaps that was the issue however The only response I received was they may not have the correct packing materials to pack but nothing else. In the meantime they ha e more then 300.00 of my money and my item has not been shipped I ha e called but get only a voice message I ha e sent messages but get no response. What kind of operation is this. I am so disappointed either send me my merchandise or refund me my money.

I’ve been trading for the last few years but never felt I had the traders edge that I kept hearing about in terms of consistent results and an exact plan to work towards. Since I met Rachael Raschke, not only have my results changed but also my mindset towards what I’m doing.

I understand this pandemic crap going around, but for the TRAVERSE CITY MICHIGAN to refuse to allow a special needs child to come in to look for a Halloween costume is pathetic! Especially since the Supreme Court over ruled Michigan's Governor's mask law! I could understand if it was an adult, but a child? That is sad but mixed with special needs, I will NEVER step foot in the TRAVERSE CITY GOODWILL & will let friends and family who frequent that store and you WILL lose their business as well! I am glad the GOODWILL stores southwest of Traverse City are not run by discriminatory Staff! The stores we go to around Here are AMAZING! I will be posting on numerous pages the disrespect Traverse City showed to a special needs CHILD with health reasons & made her cry! Doesnt sound like they used their Goodwill with this customer!

Very upsetting to find out that their company policy is discrimination. Although it is nowhere listed in the company website I was told that they have been instructed not to allow people inside if the medically cannot wear a face covering. I was offered no reasonable alternatives which then makes it discrimination by definition. I will be following up with administration but being a weekend I cannot get anyone right now. You should be ashamed of yourselves and your disgusting policy.

absolutely rude! we were sight seeing and stopped at this goodwill 2 hours from our home and bought a couch! we dont own a truck so we had to call a friend to come pick up the couch not only were the cashiers rude bc we didnt choose to wear masks but all kept giving usthe run around while trying to pick it up after 45 minutes of asking and chasing employees some rude men were bringing it out when another employee was annoyed with us and asking us to move our truck from the furniture pick up. every employee was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I go to goodwill stores all over the state and this was THE worst goodwill I've ever set foot in and I will never go back. seriously disgusted with the staff at this location

DO NOT DONATE TO GOODWILL UNTIL READING THIS!!3 Goodwill employees from the street outreach team showed up to our school bus on November 15th of this year. They didn't give any notice via text, email or phone calls. Not only did they show up but they took pictures of our home. The school bus we worked hard on. We put our time and money into it. Goodwill felt it was ok to take photos and post one if them to social media. They also made it sound as if we were homeless. The thing about it is though we weren't living in it. We aren't homeless. We may of lived in something odd but we live in a house and were for over a month when this picture was taken. The posted it to a Facebook page with thousands of people following it. They lied about our situation and even had a link so you could donate to them. They used our work for advertising their cause and did so without permission. For a community group they sure didn't think about anyone except themselves. They put us in danger by posting a picture of my house to strangers in a day where every picture has a location embedded in the meta data. I'm sure everyone expects some sort of privacy and they took that from us. The photo was online until December 11th. Almost for one whole month they led people on to believe they were trying to help us but never did anything at all. They did the opposite and caused stress, anxiety and fear. I'm asking for people to share this. Goodwill should know they can't do this. They can't exploit people's hard work or situation. Please share and let your friends know that Goodwill will steal your hard work. They will not hold themselves accountable or even take it seriously. Thanks for reading

Your prices are ABSURD. What is this supposed to be, a place where the goods are lousy but the prices mirror those of high-end consignment shops?
