Was with kids on vacation and one unfortunately had her foot sliced open under water on one of the floating toys chained to the pool. A few days later the same thing happened to another kid. Guess how that experience was taken care of? A ONE NIGHT comp of a room, even though her vacation was completely ruined and she couldn’t go back in the water. Should’ve sued the place. Still may.

We had a wonderful time with our Grandsons! Everything was Great! Sure wish it wasn't a cashless facility as that posed quite a problem considering I only brought cash so as to not overspend.Noteworthy details: This is a Cashless Facility! Sure wish I would have known that beforehand!

It would have been nicer if the life guards would have been doing their job making sure the big kids weren't picking on the little kit's and making sure there wasn't enough people upstairs from your room making a lot of noise while you were trying to

This was our family's first trip to Great Wolf Lodge and it was absolutely incredible! Check in was a breeze, our room was ready earlier than expected and the employees were top notch (big shout out to Cameron, Liam and Lisa these 3 went above and beyond every time we encountered them)The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a TV, fridge and microwave, which was perfect for on the go snacks. My family enjoyed the food options as well, we had pizza at the pool and it was delish! The breakfast buffet was amazing as well with so many choices! We purchased a wolf pass for my 4 year old and the MagiQuest game was a HUGE hit. He loved finding all the runes. What a great way to kill time, while keeping the body moving and going from floor to floor! So much fun. He was so proud of himself when he became a Master Magi!I can't wait for our family to come back!Rooms: Clean and spaciousSafety: Lifeguards were incredible!

So I don't recommend this location due to my own experience and others after checking reviews. This is what happen I payed more then 1300.00 for one night received the wrong room wasn't even my suite. Due to being packed. Had to wait till 4 pm to check in so we went swimming and waited since we arrived earlier that was a good thing until after swimming room was ready and we went up all my kids one by one started to vomit and feel sick and everyone was in great health before hand i want to say it was because it 84 degrees and i didn't detect any chlorine or salt and we all know bacteria live in those temps. It didn't stop there then the morning breakfast we try to get dunkin doughnuts and find out our entire order can't be filled and we needed to make substitutions for everything we order .Staff where very rude and disrespectful.I will say this the one good thing is the magiquest the kids adore that but stay away from arcade and pool well just stay away from this location just due to service and cleanliness and overall over booking .As you all know ask me and I'll never lie or steer you wrong.hope this helps This was our worst vacation stay yet and we go somewhere every other month.

THIS IS NOT THE WOLF LODGE THAT OUR CITY HAD YEARS AGO AND USE TO BE PROUD OF. Although the kids enjoyed there time we as adults noticed many issues. Some attractions that were stated on the website were "closed for season" (ex. indoor mini golf), many of the workers just didn't seem to want to be bothered with any questions so you felt bad for even asking and the building, including water park, seemed to be maintained just enough to keep the illusion. I understand that things wear out but for nearly $500 a night one would think the maintenence would be top shape. Some of the lights in our room just didnt work, had trouble with door scanners to read our tags and most of the water park interactions didn't work at all. This is setting aside the piles of sand and random objects floating around in the pools, questionable amounts of chlorine and gross inflation of prices for food that your forced to purchase because you can't bring your own. $12 for a burger that tasted microwaved is not ok. We do not plan on coming back which is sad because this is in the city we live in, neither can we recommend tourists here.

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned between stays :( we know this because had the employee opened the shower they’d have seen the writing all over it. They were willing to change our rooms but we had a load of kids with us, they were already swimming..no we’ll accept the disappointment but if someone could clean it? Purposely left a mark in our bath tub & it wasn’t cleaned :( just the writing wiped off of the wall. We managed but disgusting & everything will be cleaned once home. We had barely warm water for the very first shower in our room. This lodge needs some serious TLC & updating..for the amount we pay a night our carpet shouldn’t be ripping up, feel repulsive on bare feet, have non working electrical..anything & look its age. The entire establishment is beyond outdated. I understand the staffing shortage/issues within our Country right now but when doing the character shows or any crowd engagement you should really screen/practice with these employees. Watching the activities & the dance parties & you are missing SO much opportunity to engage! SOOO much. Because your staff is young & shy & they don’t really want to be up on stage acting like a cartoon animal but there are people that can out there! I’m not sure who runs or owns this specific establishment but they’re definitely living large because the money isn’t being poured back into the business, that’s for sure. You won’t find negative reviews from me but we are so disappointed :(

We spent 3 days there . First night, we make it clear to the front desk that we we don't want housekeeping in the morning and that we had a toddler with us. Morning comes housekeeping is opening are room door . Waking everyone up. Then we go to the water park and there are unsupervised children in the adult only part . Another guest took the little girl to find the parents and found 2 drunk parents who didn't care. Then around 10:00 p.m we head back to our rooms and the t.v doesn't work. We called the front desk, and the gentleman we spoke to was very nice, but he pretty much told us we were screwed. We go to bed to get woken by housekeeping again, yelling at the top of lungs up and down the hallway HOUSEKEEPING!! Remind u it's 9a.m. and check out if u are checking out at 11a.m . We went to the front desk and spoke with Erin, the manager, who took $50 off the room. But to be honest, the money we paid to stay there that I would highly recommend people to go to Splash Universe or Kalahari or anywhere else's. The arcade was nice and so was the stores but that's about it . Save your money and go somewhere where they care about the guest and their families. This isn't that kinda place!!
