“I came in on Monday the 6th to purchase a frame for my print. After not finding a frame with the hardware I needed, Noah, a manager that was working in the Framing Department kindly offered to install d-rings into the frame I wanted (took less than 5 minutes!). When I got back into the car I realized I misremembered the measurements I had taken and purchased a frame with the incorrect size matte. Super flustered by my own mistake now, I ran back inside and asked for Noah’s help again and after helping me choose a matte color he very quickly ( 10 mins tops) cut a new matte for me that fit my piece and the frame I purchased perfectly. This is something that would’ve taken me at least an hour to do with the tools I had at hand and did not have the time. I had less than an hour to drop off my pieces to the show I submitted to and Noah made this possible!! He was quick, had friendly service, was very can do. Genuinely thank you so much!”
