We dealt with John McKlintoc on buying appliances, that guy is amazing. Overall the store is lacking, 10% discounts not available on anything of any great value, think we will be moving to Menards in the future

This is possibly the worst run of any Home Depot in northern Mi. Most employees are genuinely pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable of their specific task. However the stores condition is the worst. Overly crowded aisles, misplaced items and/or products crushed by other items. Example:irrigation pipe crushed by a pallet of bricks that the operator was too lazy to move. Two forklifts in the garden section blocking products not too mention the aisles. Av3rd party vendor assembling wheel barrels blocking an aisle with his work and to make it worse through his discarded packing material in the aisle. IMO the lower level managers who try get 0respect from upper level because the store makes money, because it’s the only game in town. Forget about Lowe’s because all of its employees are seniors who hate their job because they are forced to work their to make ends meet.

Couldn’t find an associate to cut moulding for 30 minutes. Asked many employees and even got yelled at by one. Maybe uninstall your cutting machines if you don’t have any employees that can cut?

This store regularly blocks the entrance to my apartment complex with semis and other large machinery and when I called to complain I was hung up on.

Ordered a Lawn Mower June 1st. Received a confirmation email the order was shipped on the 3rd and I will receive it on the 6th. The item was discontinued last year. They took my money and strung me along for 2 weeks. I am working on a refund since they no longer carry the order they still advertise for. Shady Store!!!

Dirty bathroom. A noghtmare. Staff is friendly. All the tools are locked up behind prison bars I don't know what they did t's no fun trying to take a look

3 customers service agents were unable to exchange my empty water bottles for there deposit. Basic was told I’m SOL. Never coming back.

Encountered one of the best workers there, his name Riley. He did not hesitate, whatsoever ! He helped me picked out what I needed. I think he works near lumber but this person certainly knows his way around and I could tell he has a very bright future in this business. Will definitely come back. Always enjoy my time in home Depot. I use a myriad of tools, including their in house Ryobi and feel I could never go wrong. As I aimlessy, but purposefully, wander about I am stopped at least twice per aisle by an employee seeing if I need help or need assistance in finding my wife. I respectfully decline as I continue to daydream aisle to aisle about all projects I'll never get to.

Not always easy to find store employees when you need one ( true for most of the "Big Box stores), but when you do find one they are often helpful or direct you to someone who is. Most of the time I am able to find the items I am looking for, and find them in stock. They also give a veterans discount ( that is very easy to set up on online).
