First time I have taken any of my vehicles to a quick lube for an oil change. Was busy so had my wife take it in as I heard that J Lube provided a good service. At the next oil interval I attempted to change my oil and was unable to because they had put the drain plug in so tight. I called the location we had previously visited and explained the issue. As I has already purchased my oil and filter they said they would remove and replace the drain plug and refill with my oil and filter. Only issue was, that they would charge $30 for “Labor”. I have worked in the auto industry for 20 years and owned my own shop. From a customer service standpoint, they should have taken care of the issue at no charge. It was for me, an inconvenience to deal with the issue in my busy schedule. The staff was courteous and made every effort to remedy the issue.

Raised the price from $75ish to $103 and stripped my oil pan plug bolt, now I have to go back to have them replace it... ?
