Great service! Had a problem with a purchased item, and the store manager went outside of normal policy for returns with a receipt to issue me a full refund for the items I'd purchased that had broken.

Good stock and good help. 10% discount for veterans every day. Register on their website. Good location on the "west side" of TC. Experienced their curbside pickup which is on the south end of the store by their main entrance. The parking spaces were well marked and they brought out the material and assisted in loading. Excellent experience.

Matt- Sales floor manager. Errors were made by all parties and he worked fast to find a fix that works for all parties. Good representation for the store.

Absolutely fantastic Home Improvement store, well stocked, wide selection and great pricing. Employees are very friendly & helpful. It's the only Big Box HI store I'll frequent.

They have the standard selection of products as the other big box DIY stores. Employees are few and far between when you are looking for help. If you need two levels of help, ie, plumbing and electrical start at Menards and move if prices are better else where. Most all the box stores sell the fully cost reduced products that give it up in about half the time an upscale shop associated with a contractor.

Big box home improvement store, just about anything you need. What is there to say?! Probably not the personal attention you get at a smaller general hardware store, but if you don't need the help, you can usually find what you're looking for here. Pretty good prices.

I gave Lowe's a two because I have had reasonably good service in the past. Today was a zero in all phases. I went to purchase 2 backflow prevention valves. The service was nonexistent. I spent over 30 minutes looking for the valves and requested help twice, waiting 10 minutes between each call and after the 2nd call. No one showed up. This seems to be a common issue based on other reviews. I also went to their website to see if they were in stock and where they should be located (aisle 17 bin 11). There were none there. I have experience in inventory systems, and if you are not going to move the product in the system every time it is physically moved, your system is worthless and you might as well throw it in the garbage.

Don’t be fooled by their price match guarantee! I paid them $250 for a Charbroil grill which Meijer has on clearance for $159. They won’t match it! I and 5 of the people I told about this won’t ever go back!

Everyone here is helpful and friendly. Returns are easy, and like all Lowe's stores, they have tons of good quality items.

I think I like this place better than home Depot. Just seems like there are more options and slightly cheaper prices. I also like the clearance in the back by the appliances. The one downside is the contractor's desk is not as good without Chris Stein there.

Lowe's is my go to place for my outdoor power tools. I have a line of kobalt power tools I use weekly. So far all of the tools have been great. I recommend the new brushless design for kobalt 40v line of power tools. I have the weed Wacker and polearm saw. Both have been a must for my lawn care needs! I recommend buying the 6amp hour batteries though if you want to go more than an hour with the tools! I also own the 80v chainsaw and that is shockingly great! It cuts through thicker trees then I was expecting for a 18inch bar.

Went to TC store last week. Young girl "Jay" was amazing when I was looking for a product. I remember her saying she loved her job! She went out of her way to help me. Even to get machinery to get it off high storage. Thanks again, be proud of yourself. You set a great example as an employee.
