I received the most wonderful service from Kim at Macy’s this past Thursday. Not only was she friendly and courteous, Kim cared enough to “go the extra mile”.
I was in a hurry as I stopped to pay my Macy’s bill. Kim’s registrar did not read my check properly so she volunteered to go to another register and try to process the payment. Then, Kim called me when the transaction was complete and additionally, volunteered to send the payment stub to my home!
In the meantime, I had left the store to get to my meeting on time!

I have always despised going into Macy's. Their staff members are uppity, stare at you like your a thief, assistance is slim to none.
