We’ve used Marathon for a handful of repairs over the last few years. They do good, clean work and they stand behind it. I’ll be calling them again next time something comes up with either of our cars.

UPDATE to owner reply. I stand behind the one star. One person waiting, and those dropping off would not have been harmed by 7 minute fix since you already admitted below you weren't able to get to the cars that were dropped off over the weekend. Particularly considering all the money I have spent at your establishment, and the fact that the problem was easily remedied. No worries, I won't spend another dime with you as you clearly don't care about customer loyalty.
Bad experience with them today. Which is a shame because I have spent well over $4k in repairs with this shop in the past couple years. Showed up unannounced because my car started making a terrible noise on my way to work. Told them such and guy said can't get you in until tomorrow to even look at it. I go down the street to Precision, tell them same thing. Guy has my car in and out in under 7 minutes, no more noise. Didn't even charge me.
Shame on you Marathon. You lost a good, loyal customer today.

You’re not sorry. You ( the owner ) was upset about something from a decade ago. If I remember correctly, I brought my vehicle to you knowing what the problem was, asking you to replace a connector. YOU we’re trying to charge me a “diagnostic fee” on top of my repair bill. I was a 20 year old girl that you tried to take advance of.
2 weeks ago when I was stranded on the side of the road (in a different vehicle a decade later) and not able to get my vehicle towed there because I had been blacklisted for complaining years ago, I was reminded that out of all the mechanics in tc, this one is NOT to be trusted. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy - apparently that’s we are. Don’t worry tho, another mechanic shop just got $3837.11 in CASH yesterday for the repairs that I had to have done.
Please TC give your business to the people who deserve it!

These guys have been great. My older Hyundai needed a lot of maintenance and TLC after it sat outside all winter. Red squirrels had nested in my engine, and they ate every wire to everything in the engine! These guys fixed all that and got me back on the road again pretty quickly. I also had brakes done and oil changes. Every appointment I was greeted by professionals with great communication and service. I'm so glad I found this shop for my auto repair needs!

I was on vacation and was pulling my trailer with my truck, when the brakes went out on my truck. I managed to get it stopped right in front of Marathon Automotive. It was after hours, so I called them the next morning. By early afternoon, I was back on the road. The cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had called them and made an appointment to get my front brakes done. The day of the appointment I dropped off the car and went to work. When they called they said both front and rear needed replacement, which I suspected, but I told them I only wanted the front done because I couldn't afford both and the front are more important. I picked up the car after the shop was closed and discovered they had completely disregarded what I had asked them to do and replaced the rear brakes. I called to complain and the manager told me they did what they thought was more important and what I asked for didn't matter. Never again.

I could not be happier. I have had this car at multiple mechanics and this was the best experience of all. These guys were so fast and very professional. The big thing is they actually listened to me! They did everything I asked for. Price was absolutely reasonable. They have earned by forever business.Thank you again. ???

We had broken down outside of town while traveling. This garage was recommended to us so we had our car towed here. They were courteous and promptly had a technician check it. The problem was identified and the repair made. We were back on the road in less than an hour.

I have been a customer of Marathon Auto for many years and have had multiple fleet vehicles as well as my personal vehicles serviced by Rob and his crew. I can't say enough about their professionalism from the time they pick up the phone until I come to pick up my vehicle. Thank you so much to the entire team at Marathon but especially to Rob for keeping knowledgable and friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile!
