“The minute I walked through the doors of Fowler I knew I was in the right place. First, I was greeted by a welcome and a smile. There was no arm wrestling just a pleasant let us know if you need any help. Customer service is a hallmark to any good company. I needed help with a purchase which was seamless and easy. A month later my down pillows seemed a little flat and not quite the way I like them. To most it probably would have seemed fine. I went back to the store feeling a little embarrassed and asked if there was something they could do about this...Without hesitation they took the pillows back and stated they wanted me to be happy with my purchase...I got the pillows back and they are perfect....end of story and now a loyal customer. “It Was advised to me by my chiropractor that a new mattress might be very helpful for my aches and pains. I decided to visit the sleep number store in Traverse City and it’s the best thing I could have done for myself. McKenzie and Zach were most helpful and showed me several of the beds. I laid down in each of them and it was explained to me with the various settings were. I am so happy that I made the decision to purchase a sleep number bed! Do yourself a favor, and if you’re looking for a good nights, rest, visit the store. You will be happy with the customer service as they are not pushy at all! Good night!”
“Great experience, Adam was super helpful. I told him right away when I got there that I was just going to look around and not buy anything and he let me do my thing, and then later answered a bunch of questions for me. When I came back today to buy my couch he was perfectly happy to let me just sit in it for like 30 minutes to make sure it would work for me. Really helpful, and most importantly not pushy in the slightest, unlike some furniture companies in town who are still calling me after making one stop there and buying nothing. Also, the delivery fee is crazy cheap, like the cheapest I've ever seen. Recommending Comfort Center to all my friends!”
