Called when opened. Pharmacist answered told me she didn't have time for my medication needs and told me to call back after there line goes down, as if my medication needs didn't matter.

I got yelled at when I walked up to the counter right when someone left and was loudly told to go back and stand in line and they will call me up when they were ready. I didn't quite make it back to the line when they called me up! Everyone was staring at me as if I was a really bad person doing something really bad! You should give jobs to people that like to work with the public.

Bottom line: this pharmacy is putting patients at risk. This is the second time they've done this to me. In an urgent situation my doc wants me to take a medication RIGHT NOW and sends it electronically to this pharmacy. This pharmacy doesn't communicate with you or the doctor. I had to call only to find out they don't have it in stock and have "ordered" it and won't be able to get if for more than 24 hours. Other pharmacies in the area have it in stock (I called), so the right thing for Meijer to do would have been to find it for me elsewhere and transfer the prescription so I can get it immediately. No, instead I have to try to do all the calling and requesting transfer and then they drag their feet transferring it. Again, second time they've done this to me and they just don't care how they put patients at risk with hoarding the script and no communication with doctors or patients. Something needs to change where the patient has more control of the script and can transfer it. Note the drug in this scenario is NOT a controlled substance and has NOTHING to do with abortions, so there's no excuse for this poor treatment.

Very helpful pharmacist and techs. Wonder if that OTC will interact with your daily meds? They will pull up your meds before the pharmacist meets with you so they can let you know right away. Great people here.

I had been using this pharmacy monthly for the last two years. The experience was always unsettling.There is one female tech in-particular who is very rude and made most of my visits difficult. I’m sure some of you will know exactly to who I’m referring to. She would often find some bizarre reason why my prescriptions couldn’t be filled and i would have to ask to personally talk to the pharmacist to set her straight.Finally, last month I got fed up at the window and transferred my prescription to the Meijer in Williamsburg. One hour later i had my prescription in hand. Today i picked up my prescription from Williamsburg for the second time and laughed with the pharmacist about fake policies that had been quoted to me. A very pleasant and more importantly hassle free experience from this new pharmacy.You know a pharmacy is doing something wrong when their customers find it more convenient to drive an extra fifteen minutes than to deal with staff.

Terrible customer service, lost a 20 year loyal customer over a $12 prescription. They made a mistake and shorted me on 27 pills and wouldn't replace them. Instead of admitting mistake they sent me on my way with a smug attitude and no medication.

Over the last year I have, 10/12 months been told that my prescription or my fiancés prescriptions have been ready and, upon arriving at the pharmacy, was told that they were NOT ready. This is again, the third day in a row this month that I have spent the time and gas money to travel to meijer after being told that “yes, [they] will for sure have my medication ready” only to get to the counter to be treated like I made the mistake of showing up to pick up medication that is not even in stock. So this is now about 20 extra trips to meijer that I’ve made because of the gross incompetence that the staff at this pharmacy has displayed.If they were actually honest about medications being ready or not, I wouldn’t have an issue - I can wait an extra day to come in to pick up. But when I’m having to make multiple trips due to their misleading information, THAT becomes an issue. I’m telling whoever is reading this to find a different pharmacy. This one is full of incompetent and dishonest people. If you choose to stay with them, hopefully you’ve got the extra time and money on your hands to be able to drive back and forth for days until they actually are ready for you to pick up your medication.

I wish I could rate this lower than one. The Meyer bathroom was the grossest bathroom I have been to at a gas station in a long time the door with sticky. Omg do NOT stop!!!

This pharmacy is the WORST . Totally rude/slow. They send a text and say your prescription is ready, I drive 25 miles to pick it up..and it is not ready OR they don't even have the drug until the next day !! Or they don't have enough to fully fill the quantity amount. Been happening a long time. TERRIBLE at best describes this pharmacy. Do your self a favor and steer clear..you have been warned. Will save you alot of frustration.

this is the worst Pharmacy in Grand traverse county no employee is on the same page about anything you will not get good service I wouldn't be surprised if they would put the wrong pills in your bottle and we could all die from buying prescriptions from Meijer Pharmacy in traverse City, please use any other Pharmacy on the planet except for Meijer Pharmacy in traverse City
