I love Menards! They have so much of everything! Plants, gardening tools, lumber, hardware, hand tools, woodworking tools, light bulbs, nails, screws, lawn furniture, groceries and seasonal decorations! Halloween stuff is out and it's only the end of July🤯

Overall, this Menards was clean and the staff was super helpful. I gave this a four star review because while looking at some lilac bushes we were trying to figure out where to out the plants and we realized that the same type of pants had different details about how to care for the plants and how tall the plant would grow. This lead to us asking any employee which while she was very nice and helpful it just took longer than it should have than if
the same plants were labeled correctly to begin with.

I was just here for my first time today. Looking for some thing specific although they did not have what I needed. The employees asked knew exactly where it was. I’m impressed. I highly recommend checking this place out.👍👍😁🇺🇸

Always great service from friendly, knowledgeable people. One of my favorite things about Menards as a company is that they stock a lot of American made merchandise.

I bought a one-piece heavy toilet.
I had wonderful help from that employees.
It took 2 gentlemen to just get it from the shelf to the flatbed cart ,then a very strong associate put it in the back of my car .
I was greatful for their help --

Staff are usually friendly and willing to help. Only had one snarky comment from staff when asked where to find their drill bits, said “well they’ll probably be in the hardware section” … I had never shopped at this location and it was set up different from the one in the area I moved from.

Was told I couldn't bring my dog in the store and as we were walking out a Golden Retriever that was not a service dog (I asked the owner) was aloud to go in. Apartently a pit bull doesn't look like it can be a service dog (which he is).

We bought cabinets for kitchen and flooring for our whole upstairs mailed in receipts before they disconnected the 11% and here we are months later and nothing showing in their system. Also went in to the store last week for kitchen hood, sink and quartz counter top. Ordered everything was fine. Cabinets were delivered to our home so being not in construction and because we were never told otherwise we figured they would be delivered. The emails for the sink stated it would be delivered today. Then received another email 10 minutes later for hood and that one stated we needed to pick it up at store. So I called store to see why the hood couldn't be on the same truck only to find out nothing is being delivered to us the email that the sink will be delivered today per the store ment delivery to the store. WHAT!! Spoke to the store manager Darrin and he could have cared less and stated the print on our receipt would state that even if it was not explained to us at time of purchase. The manager also let us know if we canceled the order we would have a 25% charge for restock. SO, IF YOU CHOSE MENARDS READ EVERYTHING AND THAT INCLUDES THE SMALL PRINT ON THE RECEIPT!! Menard will not take care of the customer even if they miss explaining or informing u of this or that. If u are a contractor u might have better luck but for ordinary people trying to do something THEIR EXPERTS may or may not be as helpful as u think!!! HOME DEPO from now on!! They back customers when they mess up!!

My husband bought a snow blower and took it out of the box and went to use it the next day. It sounds like it wanted to shut off after he turned it on like he was supposed to, he even let it run to warm up to see if it would stop. And he tried to use it and it did the same thing, so we Called them and they tell me that since he already put gas in. We can't take it back. And that we have to take it. To one of thier authorized shops.. the guy at the shop even said that he did have it for more then 24 hours.
