10/10 would recommend. Tom and Steve are great people even when I wasn’t the best customer to deal with. I went in there not knowing what brand of paint I wanted let alone what variation of white ceiling paint. Steve ended up picking out my ceiling paint and it’s perfect. I selected 3 wall colors and only liked one but wanted it a little lighter. I painted all rooms beside the bathrooms and closets and went back and asked if they could make my gray wall paint lighter for the bathrooms. Needless to say, even though I was a picky customer, they took it in stride and joked with me about it. Great company and would definitely go back!Sara without a H

Incredible service! I ordered special paint which ships up from Grand Rapids weekly. When they noticed they had an error and didn’t get the correct amount of paint on the truck they made a special trip to go and get it, 5 hours round trip! This allowed me to stay on time and meet our deadlines. Exceptional customer service that you won’t get at the big box stores!

We always have a good experience at our local Traverse City O'Leary Paint store. They offer good advice and carry excellent products. Pricing is very fair.(Coral is a great dog there too!!)

Argumentative on the phone, cussing and saying if you are offended Sherwin Williams is across the road. I will happily use Sherwin Williams from now on.
