Dr Cannon is very good and staff did a fantastic job finding my Ins info. When at first they didn’t think they worked with our Ins. But they found our correct Ins Optical coverage!!! (My health Insurance card didn’t show who was the Optical Ins provider ?)

The glasses I got from them broke. Don’t get the NIKE glasses. But great customer service as they allowed me to get a new pair different brand with the 1 year warranty.

I have been going to Traverse Vision for several years and have always been very pleased with them. Thanks to Dr Kowalski I can see well again. Great team at Traverse Vision!

I had my exam done at a different Dr due to location and they made my lenses because they had sold me the frames last year. Prescription was wrong, had Dr reexam me, changed prescription and they remade my lenses again. Even worse than the first time. I then ask Dr Julie to do an exam, she as always was wonderful, just got my new lenses. PERFECT. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom if my heart.

I have been going to Traverse Vision for a few years now and have been extremely happy with the service that provide. Dr Kowalski is awesome and had great suggestions when it came to my contacts to try to make them more comfortable. I am now able to wear contacts everyday without any issues whatsoever. Thank you Dr Kowalski and Traverse Vision!

One of the few appointments I don’t dread going to. Dr Kowalski is very friendly with clients and happy to answer questions. I’m usually quite shy but I like the staff here very much!

My husband had his glasses less than a month and the frame came apart causing a loss of one of the lenses. They said they would not cover the loss, regardless of faulty frames. Wanted another $240 to replace 1 lens. Our family will find somewhere else to get our glasses in the future.

A great experience! Personally I wish I could give them more stars. Dr Kowalski stayed with me and answered all my silly questions and Tamara spent way more time with me then she had to helping me find frames that make even my big head look great. I have gotten more compliments on my new glasses then I had imagined possible. This team at the traverse city location are all rock stars.

After going here for years we switched due to their pricing. My husband found out at the new provider that the contacts they had him use for years were the wrong kind for his eyes and actually caused damage, thankfully it is reversible. I tried to get contacts a few years ago and they insisted there was only one type and that one was awful for me. I couldn't see so I stuck with glasses. I think now they just only use whatever they are paid most to. And their products are expensive. They get two stars because they do have great customer service and the front staff was always very helpful. But I do not recommend them.

I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews for local businesses but lately I just don't know what is wrong with people and their lack of customer service or care. It's depressing how little people care to help you and only care about the bottom line.
