Best place ever. The manager Lauren and Sara are so polite and handling a disgruntled customer about an air filter she didn't pick up. They showed professionalism and understanding to the customer, but she just didnt get the point. The customer was raising her voice while they were trying to calm her down. I shouldn't of listened to the conversation, but I did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE place to take any vehicle you value. I stopped in on April 4th in the afternoon. Asked the manager if it was too late to get my vehicle serviced because it was nearly 5:30, she replied no. So I pulled in the lane told them I would like a Mobile 1 5w30 oil change please. Which ended up being their "platinum package" which doesn't mean much except come to find out you have the honor of paying an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for the "platinum package" Anyways they started the service of my vehicle, as they entered me in their computer they asked me a little about my car, what pressure I like my tires at, asked if I would like the fancy windshield washer solvent or the plain blue and the manager mentioned she enrolled me in their "points program" I asked what the points program does for me and she said every full synthetic oil change earns me 10 points after 20 points I will recieve $20 off. I mentioned if the points expire it wont be worth it for me because i was in my classic Lincoln and I dont even put 3,000 miles on per year. The manager went on to explain to me that even if I dont reach the 3,000 mile interval they were putting on my windshield sticker that I should get it changed at least every 6 months because the oil breaks down and needs changing.....The is a real shame to hear a company train its employees to purposely decieve its clients. Had I not worked in a dealership in the service department I may have fallen for that. I said excuse me but that is simply not true. FULL SYNTHETIC oil especially does not "breakdown" as she said in less than 3,000miles. Most every company will say it is safe to run full synthetic oil 5-7,000 miles without concern for degradation. She insisted that my car will need new oil in 6 months even if I do not reach 3,000 miles. Anyways the service went on and I noticed they never actually checked my tires, or my air filter, or performed any sort of check except for topping off my coolant which was fine at the low mark since the vehicle was still cold, and checking my lights. So much for the "premium service" ALSO its worth mentioning since I had never been here before that I paid $142.64 for this PREMIUM SERVICE. This shop is $30 more expensive then even the dealership to get your vehicle serviced at do not go here. The service went on and the very nice young man in the pit asked me if my car was from down south because the undercarriage was "so clean you could eat of it" I replied yes it was from Arizona and it lives in the garage mostly under a cover. After the service was done they asked me to start my car and instantly bring the vehicle up to between 2,000 an 3,000RPMS while they checked for leaks. Honestly I have never heard of this but since making my complaint it turns out they have had some problems with double gasketing oil filters in the past. After they verified my vehicle was not in fact leaking the manager slammed my hood. I was told thats how they are taught to close hoods because of the "liability" but there is no need to help a hood down that would easily fall down on its own. After I paid for my service they could not get their printer to work so we waited another 5-10 minutes while they got their system working. Then after I pulled out to drive home I noticed an oily smell. So I pulled over into their side parking lot to look under my car and found that my spotless old Lincoln that the pit crew said was so clean you could eat off it it was dripping oil from everywhere like an old diesel truck. Of course by this time the shop was closed and truthfully I was so distraught they would not have been happy if I was able to pull back in. I filed a complaint with the home office on their website and a regional manager Named Rick reached out to me. Rick said the home office got my email and asked him to reach out. He then went on to justify the crews action on treating a classic car very near and dear to me like a piece of junk. He made excuses saying thats how the crew are trained to shut hoods

I also posted a review on Yelp.I drive quite a few miles to this oil change facility, because the staff is professional and efficient!They make recommendations for things I might need at the time or in the future, and also replace bulbs in headlights and taillights if needed and on request.They go through their checklist carefully.Lauren is an asset to the business! She is professional and congenial with the customers, and seems to be nice to her staff.

Had my oil changed here a couple times due to it being a convenient location/near my work. I will never go back! I live downtown, my parking spot buts up to the ally. Unfortunately a lot of people leave trash cans etc. In the ally. I don't like it but always pick it up when I see it. I picked up a can as I was in a hurry and quickly stuck it in the side of my door. Well I had the police called on me for doing so! The employees changing my oil saw the can when I opened my door. I wasn't sure what was happening until I was suddenly dealing with an officer. . I was not acting strange or doing anything questionable. I am just blown away that they decided to call the police on me for seeing a can in my car. Wasted a lot of my time on a day time was already limited. Definitely lost a loyal customer for something that could have easily been avoided if they had just asked. Clearly they enjoy trying to cause trouble for people as I have now noticed cars pulled over there multiple times...
