Pet Supplies Plus Traverse City provides a huge selection of high-quality, natural, and American-made foods, toys, treats, and supplies for many kinds of pets. The store offers convenient services including full-service grooming, a self-serve dog wash, online ordering, and a pet bakery. Reviewers note the kind and fabulous staff, who provide great customer service and an easy shopping experience, even when busy. The do-it-yourself dog washing station is highlighted as very economical. Customers enjoy visiting the store to see the variety of animals. While one customer could not get a blow dryer to work and was disappointed by an out-of-stock item, the overall sentiment is very positive, with specific praise for the patient and skilled grooming department.
I’m very disappointed I forgot to ask the gentleman’s name who was checking me out, but he was very kind And very helpful with me setting up my first time account!!!
