Had to pay a bill I never authorized to be done. A car company and precision took it upon themselves to inspect a vehicle I was interested in, never got called for authorization. Got left a nasty voice mail.

Had my daughter's car inspected by Josh and he did a wonderful job. I had to call the next day to ask a couple of questions and David was very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend precision tune auto care

Honest prices for oil changes, and they use a torque wrench when doing tire rotations. No nonsense.

Thermostat needed replacement on 2019 blazer. Ran a diagnostic just to tell us they couldn’t do any work because the car was too new. Still charged diagnostic fee even though we told them what was wrong. Won’t be doing business anytime soon with this shop
