I am really disappointed from my last service at Pro Nails. I am typically a regular but my last acrylic fill was the worst experience I have had at a salon. As you can see from the pictures, 6 of my fingers bled from his drill. It’s a few days later and they still hurt. I asked for an ombré french, which is pretty bad considering what I have had in the past. You can also see the fill line / ring of fire from drilling my nail too low. Overall, it was painful and truly just not good quality.
I have been going here for 3 years, service has varied but I kept going back due to location and there are a few techs that do a wonderful job. After this experience, I don’t really trust the entire place to go back. I am disappointed and unfortunately would no longer recommend this spot.

I have had many Pedicures and it never hurt me! They were all good! I called ahead for a Pedicure and had an appointment for 2:00 pm. yesterday, Tuesday. I waited until 2:30 before I was waited on. I was okay with that, however, the guy that did my Pedicure hurt me pretty badly! He seemed to dig in so far and when he was cutting the cuticle it hurt me quite badly. I didn’t say much, however, I was waiting for my nails to dry and he was working on a lady next to me. She told the guy “not so hard”! I could see she was very frustrated as well! My toe hurt me all night from whatever he did….

Went in for a pedicure and selected a basic $45 pedicure, since I'm only in town for vacation and my next pedicure will be with my normal place in Metro Detroit. They charge $25 EXTRA for shellac and I have NEVER paid more than $10 extra for shellac. You are also unable to include tip if you pay by card and I'm not going to Venmo a tip to an individual when I'm visiting a supposed reputable business.

This is my second time going here and over all I am very Happy. Did a fabulous job with my nails and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. It was not a unreasonable high price for the design I wanted. The man who did my nails did have to keep getting up to tend to the door and organize the flo of the other technitions. Other then that I was very pleased

Perhaps it was my Technician, but this was the worst manicure with gel.
It lasted for 4 days and started peeling.
Very disappointing!

They are friendly, funny, communicative and works hard all day. The whole staff is amazing & they are the only nail salon I go to. Can't say enough good things about beautiful nails and their staff.

I had a good experience as well. I had a pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed the pampering. The service and vibes are immaculate. I can't wait to come back.
