She does an amazing job and keeps a bright and positive attitude which brings a special to energy to an office supply store which would otherwise be boring and bland. As a small business owner I believe she exemplifies what every employer wishes for in a customer service representative. A company is only as good as its staff. Staples better do everything in their power to keep Heather happy to work there.”

“I had to ship a large box, that I bought at the UPS Store, that ended up being too big for everything I was sending. My attempts to cut it down and seal it were not successful, with uneven cuts and tape not adhering properly.
So, I took my monstrosity of a box to the UPS Store to see if they could fix. Heather was there to save the deal. She patiently recut and taped the box and got it ready for shipping. She really went the extra mile.”
