I'm giving a one-star review because corporate is still charging us for a unit that we cleared out a month ago, even after we communicated that to them. We rented a 10x20, but were given two 10x10s. We vacated one and communicated that to management. They are still charging us for the 10x20 while one 10x10 unit sits empty. I was made aware that I am not the first person this has happened to as if that is supposed to make me feel better. If this seems to be a common problem, it needs to be fixed.
I will change my post if corporate fixes their mistake.

These guys do it right. Signing on is easy, spaces are clean and once you no longer need it, signing off is painless...unlike some I've used in the past...almost as though they don't want to let you go. Nice job all round National.
