It Was advised to me by my chiropractor that a new mattress might be very helpful for my aches and pains. I decided to visit the sleep number store in Traverse City and it’s the best thing I could have done for myself. McKenzie and Zach were most helpful and showed me several of the beds. I laid down in each of them and it was explained to me with the various settings were. I am so happy that I made the decision to purchase a sleep number bed! Do yourself a favor, and if you’re looking for a good nights, rest, visit the store. You will be happy with the customer service as they are not pushy at all! Good night!

Zach & Emily were great to work with. They followed up on our interest to replace our 12 year old Sleep Number mattress in a way that was affordable and allowed us to use our i8 base. They were low-keyed and didn't pressure us like some sales people will do.

We did not end up liking the mattress which is fine, but we were lied to about the cost of pickup from our sales person and no one seemed to think that was an issue. Having to pay almost $1k for a bed that is returned is insane. Look elsewhere for a mattress would be my advice.

Walking into your store, I was initially skeptical about Sleep Number, perceiving it as just a glorified air mattress. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from the staff. They were knowledgeable, patient, and provided just the right amount of salesmanship without being pushy. Their guidance helped us find the perfect mattress and frame, and we ended up making a purchase of nearly $9,000. I regret that I wanted to commend your team (and Brice) for their exceptional training and service. It made a significant difference in our buying experience.

Glorified air mattress that loses air now and it's not covered under warranty so $150 invested in the bed that I spent $4,000 on and have never really been happy should have returned it within the hundred days was back and forth on it stay away from these beds not worth the money.
