Ordered the mexi chicken sub supposed to be loaded w avocado it's not ... we eat here at least 3 times a week and this is the first time ever getting my order wrong. I am not super happy.... leaving the expensive part of the sandwich out is not cool.if you look there is barely any chicken.

I DoorDashed food they made my food incorrectly how do you mess up a steak and cheese sub. And forgot the cheese!! I call to try to resolve this problem and it just rings no one answered terrible service I sat here for 10 minutes trying to call with no answer this is ridiculous honestly.

We were traveling to upper peninsula. On August 5, at 5:10 pm, we came in to order food. There were two workers there. The one who is taller, behaved inappropriately, ignored and was very rude in response with no reason. The other one who wears glasses tried to apologize for him and calm him down.We all left annoyed, disappointed and with a bad mood.

Went in at 7:10 pm (the store closes at 8pm), with nobody in line, to order 7 subs. I was told "bro, I'm not gonna lie; comin' in here wantin' 7 subs this late, is kind of a lot." The employee was extremely disrespectful & seemed more interested in lecturing me on my request rather than making my sandwich. I was then informed that, "I mean, we'll do it this time, but like next time you're gonna have to call ahead or something." It was at this point that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend dining in a dumpster before suggesting this place. The raccoons are probably more hospitable anyway.

This was hands down the best sandwich I’ve gotten from Subway in years. I ordered online and chose the “more” option for a few of my toppings and when I tell you this sandwich was loaded, it was LOADED. I’m so used to the normal portions already being skimped at other locations (especially when they don’t make it in front of you if you order ahead), so this was very satisfying to see. Definitely the best way to keep customers, I’ll be back :)

Rude employee i don’t know her name but she was so upset with me that 1. I didn’t know they made it as you order like I thought they wrote it down as you asked that was my bad but then she got quiet so I thought she was waiting for me to say the next thing so I did an I got “we literally make it as you ask so please give us a second” I thought her saying literally seemed rude because of the way she said it. An 2. Then she forgot to give me my sandwich because she seemed so upset so I had to sit in the drive thru waiting for them to come back.

Update your hours. Your door says close at 8 but website says 9. I went in about 40 minutes before closing and the oven was already off. Luckily the employee was great and helpful.
