Guide was extremely knowledgeable. We didn't have the greatest weather, but she tried to keep it moving along, while still telling the history. The cottages and tunnels are pretty interesting.

I enjoyed the guided tour, the tunnel was fun but having time to explore one of the cottages at your own pace was awesome

This tour was amazing. Ruthanne was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I was fascinated but the history of the State Hospital. The structures are beautiful and it appears as if the staff there treated the residents with dignity. Loved it!
