First time wife has handicap sticker and they made her walk to find car instead of bringing up. Trying them one more time since car in for service. There will not be a third time. If 2 strikes, then they're out.

It’s the day before my flight and I woke up to a voicemail telling me that they would not be able to supply me a car even though I reserved it several weeks ago. My mom and I are both handicap and this has caused us severe issues!! I don’t even know what to do at this point!! If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible service!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! ???

completely unreasonable. had to spend two hours on the phone with Travelocity because the THREE different proofs of my drivers license not expiring on my birthday (Michigan signed into law an extension until 9/30/2021) weren’t good enough. Even renewed my license and STILL had to change the rental to my son’s name. Manager was nice, but this was RIDICULOUS and almost ruined my vacation. The car was not nice and I will never rent from them again

Customer service was horrible! My spouse and I are looking to rent a car for a week to travel locally. Her truck is in need for repair, and needs to be in the shop for a week. We both live and work locally in the area. When the agent quoted the price of 52.00 a day, I stated "That is awfully high for just locally?", he then said "thank you" and hung up on me. NOT good business practice!! Being a local resident and working in the medical field atmosphere and who continuously works with the public...I would be embarrassed if one of my company agents hung up like that, when a potential good customer was trying to gather information on renting a vehicle from your company! Traverse City, Garfield Road Location.

Candace is an amazing Manager!! Our family visited Traverse City and because of flight delays we lost our car rental reservations at Cherry Aiport. coming to Thrifty car rental she took the time and made it possible for us to get a rental with the outmost friendliest customer service.

Rented our car from Illinois to do a road trip thru Michigan and on third day our rental car started to shake while driving. Given we have 6 days left of our trip and lots of driving to do (and not to mention I'm pregnant) my husband stopped in to see if we can swap rentals. The gentlemen he spoke to stated there were NO cars available and was incredibly unsympathetic. Gave no proper solutions to the issue other than driving to flint which is not somewhere we are heading towards. Just thought I'd throw the Information out there.

I was especially impressed with the help I received when I was making plans to rent and when I returned the rental. When I spoke on the phone (Daniel?) was very helpful in helping me. I was charged incorrect rates and extra fees when I picked up the car downstate but when I returned it (Jordan?) was corrected the rates and removed the extra fees without me even having to mention it to him AND he was willing to open a few minutes early so I was on my way and to work on time! These are people who take pride in their work and care about their customers! Thanks guys!! I've never been disappointed when using Thrifty!!
